Overview Director of Sales – Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences | Singer Island, Florida – On-Site Position Lead the sales strategy for one of South Florida's premier luxury wellness resorts. Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing Sales and Catering team, and position our award-winning oceanfront resort as the destination of choice for group, leisure, catering, and wellness business. This is a hands-on leadership role—in addition to leading and developing the sales team, the Director of Sales is expected to actively sell, cultivate key accounts, and generate new business alongside the Sales Managers. Set on 7+ acres of pristine beachfront, the resort features 155 luxury guestrooms and suites, over 100,000 square feet of wellness and spa experiences, multiple oceanfront dining venues, a rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space for corporate groups, weddings, and special events. Location 3100 North Ocean Drive, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, United States Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales and Catering team to achieve revenue goals. Personally solicit new business, maintain key client relationships, and sell alongside the Sales Managers. Develop new business while growing existing accounts. Partner with Revenue Management and Marketing to drive occupancy and profitability. Create strategic sales plans, oversee forecasting, and maximize group, catering, and transient revenue. Represent the resort through networking, client events, and property site inspections. Qualifications Luxury hospitality sales leadership experience (wellness resort experience strongly preferred). Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience with supervisory responsibility. Experience with Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a plus. Proven ability to lead a team while maintaining an active sales portfolio. Strong leadership, forecasting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
