Leading the recruitment strategy, the full-time Head of Talent Acquisition will manage talent acquisition initiatives and drive the hiring process in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires Collaborate with leadership to align hiring goals with organizational objectives Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
