The Program Manager is a strategic project-management professional who works on customer projects in a support role. Hours may vary, and flexibility is expected to ensure adequate support for operations. Typical coverage is Monday through Friday, but occasional adjustments may be required. Work Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. This is a salaried position; occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs.
