Senior Legal Counsel — Employment & Litigation

Belk is seeking a senior legal counsel to act as the internal advisor on employment, litigation, and civil matters in Charlotte, NC. The role involves drafting pleadings, coordinating with outside counsel, and guiding on risk management and compliance across employee relations and policy initiatives.
Required are a JD, NC license, 5+ years of employment/business litigation, and strong negotiation abilities to partner with HR and leadership on strategic decisions.
