Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with older adults experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with dementia-related conditions, anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties following life transitions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding patients and their families toward improved mental health outcomes, making a significant difference in their day-to-day lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong appreciation and understanding of geriatric mental health issues, with knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a patient-centered and empathetic approach.

• A proven ability to establish rapport with elderly patients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we welcome applications from motivated candidates eager to leverage their skills in geriatric therapy. Experience delivering individual and family therapy specifically to older adults is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
