Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with experience in quality inspection, production, and fast-paced manufacturing environments. Skilled in inspecting parts and finished products, using precision measuring tools, maintaining accurate quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Committed to continuous improvement, teamwork, and delivering high-quality products while supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

Primary Responsibilities
• Perform part and product inspections according to established quality and safety standards.
• Ensure test and measurement equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Develop, maintain, and update inspection reports and documentation.
• Communicate inspection results with certified personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct testing of new parts and accurately report findings to engineering and management.
• Maintain measurement tools and workspace in a clean, organized 5S environment.
• Reject non-conforming products and prevent unsatisfactory items from reaching customers.
• Inspect items for durability, function, and quality attributes.
Required Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of inspection and/or production experience.
• Solid understanding of test and measurement equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of basic mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and information interpretation skills.
