Salesman for Manufacturer / Sales Account Executive

Overview
Join our sales team where you will be expanding our customer base and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will help propel our brand forward, making a tangible impact through exceptional customer service. This paid position offers a hybrid fixed and performance-based salary.

Duties
Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop strategic travel plans to maximize sales growth and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management, entertainment, and outstanding customer service.
Work with customers on pricing and terms to maintain profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
Perform regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Experience
Proven experience in business-to-business sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
Demonstrated technical sales skills, metal fabrication sales experience is desired.
Customer-focused mindset that prioritizes service excellence.
Experience in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze sales data, and to find new opportunities.
