Overview

Duties

• Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop strategic travel plans to maximize sales growth and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management, entertainment, and outstanding customer service.
• Work with customers on pricing and terms to maintain profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
• Perform regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

 

Experience

• Proven experience in business-to-business sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated technical sales skills, metal fabrication sales experience is desired.
• Customer-focused mindset that prioritizes service excellence.
• Experience in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze sales data, and to find new opportunities.
