GG Media is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our Nashville team. This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events from preparation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of company and client events.
• Coordinate event materials, supplies, schedules, and logistical requirements.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, guests, and team members.
• Help maintain event timelines and ensure important deadlines are met.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run efficiently.
• Assist with attendee registration, guest coordination, and general event operations.
• Identify and communicate potential issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate event information, documentation, and organizational records.
• Collaborate with the events team on upcoming projects and event requirements.
• Represent GG Media with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Support additional event-related projects as needed.
