Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Park City, UT. This position is responsible for leading and developing sales strategies, CRM activities and leading retail sales. Day-to-day activities include managing key customers, identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales meetings, and coordinating with marketing and operations to support customer needs. The Sales Manager will prepare monitor sell through, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize sales results. This role also includes creating replenishment orders, managing events, refining sales processes, and representing Powder Co. at client meetings and industry events. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales execution, goal-setting, and CRM. Strong skills in customer service to support long-term client partnerships. Ability to analyze sales trends to identify needs for the business. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for internal stakeholders and external clients. Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. Competency in social media platforms to contribute to company campaigns and events. Comfort working on-site in Park City, UT, with the ability to travel locally or regionally as needed.
