Our clinic spans 5,000 square feet and is well-equipped with the latest technology to facilitate exceptional sports medicine treatment. We pride ourselves on providing individualized care focused primarily on patients with private medical insurance, creating a supportive environment where patients feel valued and empowered on their journey to recovery.

Work Environment

In our outpatient office, you will collaborate with a proactive team of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). This dynamic and supportive environment encourages growth and teamwork, ensuring you can deliver premium care to our diverse patient population. You will enjoy a regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while helping patients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and identifying the specific rehabilitation objectives and requirements of each patient within a healthcare setting.
• Managing a caseload of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring efficient time and resource management while maintaining high-quality care standards.
• Providing evidence-based treatment interventions and developing comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of individual patients.
• Implementing diverse treatment techniques that maximize movement potential and restore function, thereby improving the overall quality of life for the patients.
• Promoting non-invasive treatment options to reduce reliance on medication and minimize surgical interventions.
• Motivating patients through their recovery process to enhance functional abilities and encourage a proactive approach to their health.
• Documenting services and care provided meticulously to ensure continuity and clarity of treatment.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehab specialists, to optimize and coordinate care efforts.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed to meet evolving goals and health standards.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California with a clean professional record.

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and individualized exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
