Senior Accounting Manager

Job Location: City Of Industry, CA (Onsite) Job Description: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in financial audits and tax filings, coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations. Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Lead and coordinate annual financial audits, including preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and responding to external auditor requests. Support the development of financial strategies and business decisions. Train and mentor accounting staff to ensure professional growth and team efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience Bilingual in Chinese and English. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Hands-on experience coordinating and supporting company audits and related compliance requirements.
