Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand clients' needs.

• Providing therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on issues such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and therapeutic needs.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to address dynamics and facilitate healing within the family structure.
\n
• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

• Maintaining detailed documentation according to state regulations and agency policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing adults as well as children and adolescents. You will work with individuals and families facing various challenges, including but not limited to:

\n
• Physical and psychological trauma.

• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Communication barriers among family members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and adhering to ethical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapy services, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with varying populations, is required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion are essential.
