Sr. Sales Account Manager

Salary Range: $140,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually Job Summary Senior Sales Account Manager develops & maintains sales strategies by cultivating effective business relationships with key Executives to increase revenue, growth and market share. Core Role Responsibilities Create & implement overall sales strategy to identify additional sales opportunities within Key Accounts Establish & maintain productive & supportive working relationships with Key Account Leaders and decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships Develop, support & maintain sales growth to OEMs & end users Grow market share and revenue for portfolio of 5-10 key accounts while also identifying new prospects to increase portfolio management Generate & share sales reports and account summaries with leadership Research, understand & utilize market trends, competitor intel & customer needs analysis to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies designed to achieve revenue targets Develop and present robust proposals and quotations designed to meet customer needs and ensure customers satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales objectives Attend and present at trade shows and industry events to identify additional sales opportunities All other duties as assigned Qualifications a. Required Associate’s degree in Business or related field with a successful track record of sales and/or account management Previous experience meeting/exceeding sales goals, developing customer relationships & implementing sales strategies Excellent verbal & written communication & negotiation skills Ability to prioritize opportunities & workload to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded Professional presentation skills and ability to identify and deliver appropriate solutions to close sales Self-motivated and able to work independently b. Preferred Bachelor's or Master’s degree Previous account management or selling experience for semiconductor OEM customers Previous work experience as a semiconductor supplier to OEMs or end Fab customers Innovative and adaptable to meet customers changing needs Physical Requirements Physical Requirements Ability to travel 25%-50% Must be able to lift 30 pounds unassisted Able to sit, stand, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods Attendance is a requirement of this position CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FOR ANY EMPLOYER IN THE US.
