Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain diligent documentation of client progress and treatment methods in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

• At least two years of experience in counseling, preferably in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition, our compensation package includes unlimited earning potential with bonuses based on performance.
