Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with strong knowledge of QuickBooks (QB). The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can manage high volumes of invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records.Key Responsibilities:Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerEnter, code, and reconcile invoices in QuickBooks (QB)Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain organized AP files and documentationCommunicate with vendors regarding billing issues and payment statusAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesSupport audits by providing required AP documentationPerform other accounting and administrative tasks as neededQualifications & Skills:Proven experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting roleStrong knowledge of QuickBooks (QB)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsGood communication and problem-solving abilitiesBasic knowledge of accounting principles
