Summary

The Field Service Coordinator I provides entry-level administrative and coordination support to the Field Services team. This role focuses on assisting with daily operational tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and customer communication while developing an understanding of service workflows and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the dispatch of Field Service Technicians and Vendors for onsite service.
• Support creation of Purchase Orders or Task Orders as required.
• Communicate with Field Service Technicians and Vendors regarding scheduling and basic service needs.
• Provide customers with general updates on technician arrival and service status.
• Perform data entry in internal systems based on service reports.
• Assist in maintaining field service databases, including customer records and service documentation.
• Support travel arrangements and meeting scheduling for field staff.
• Review dispatch schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in tracking service requests and documentation.
• Provide administrative support across customer service and field service teams.
• Follow established procedures and escalate issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in a relevant field of study and 1+ years of experience in technical customer service, support, or coordination role OR 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow established processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using HubSpot, Syteline or other ERP systems.

Location: This position is located on-site in Longmont, CO with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) once fully trained.

Sched ule : Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

Base Compensation: $23 - $28 is the projected hourly rate and will be determined by the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Closing Date: July 10th. While we expect to keep the position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed early based on applicant volume and hiring needs.
