Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative-Administrative, you will be responsible for:

- Communicating with customers regarding orders and financial account management.
- Generating and processing customer orders and invoices.
- Researching and resolving customer complaints to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Working within defined customer, geography, or product lines.

Requirements

- Previous administrative or customer service experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills and good listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-friendly attitude.
