This role supports parcel transportation activities across North America and international locations, partnering with internal stakeholders and major logistics carriers to improve shipment visibility, resolve transportation challenges, and maintain reliable delivery operations.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Support daily parcel transportation operations, including shipment setup, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor shipment activity and proactively identify delays, service disruptions, and delivery exceptions.
• Partner with parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to resolve shipment challenges and maintain service levels.
• Investigate transportation issues including lost shipments, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Maintain tracking logs, operational reports, dashboards, and standard work documentation.
• Analyze shipment, service, and cost data using Microsoft Excel to support transportation decisions.
• Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders regarding parcel inquiries and account administration.

Are you an experienced logistics operations professional ready to make an impact?

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related operational support preferred.
• Experience supporting air freight, parcel shipping, or small package transportation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Excel formulas for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external transportation partners.
• Self-driven, accountable, proactive problem solver who can work independently.
• Ability and willingness to provide occasional after-hours or weekend support when needed.
• Degree preferred but not required.
