Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to create accurate clinical assessments aimed at understanding each client's unique mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet individual and familial needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, ensuring interventions are aligned with each client’s goals.

• Provide support in times of crisis by utilizing effective interventions to assist clients facing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain confidential and meticulous records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions regarding mental health issues, treatment strategies, community resources, and advocacy for their rights.

• Stay informed on the latest best practices and innovations in mental health care through ongoing professional development opportunities, training, and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families encountering a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care and achieving positive treatment outcomes by acknowledging client backgrounds and adapting therapeutic tactics accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
