Benefits Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 depending on experience Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Long‑term career growth with a stable and growing organization Opportunity to support high‑profile utility and infrastructure projects Collaborative team environment Professional development opportunities Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 Build and manage master schedules along with 6‑week, 3‑week, and 1‑week look‑ahead schedules Identify critical path activities and schedule risks Align schedules with project scope, milestones, budgets, and resource plans Update schedules using field progress information Monitor schedule performance against baseline plans Identify schedule variances and recommend recovery strategies Support labor forecasting, production planning, and project controls Coordinate schedule updates with project management, engineering, and field teams Generate schedule reports and executive updates Participate in planning and project coordination meetings Qualifications 3+ years of project scheduling or project controls experience Strong hands‑on experience using Primavera P6 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience supporting construction projects from planning through execution Preferred Qualifications Utility, electrical, industrial, EPC, heavy civil, or infrastructure construction experience Experience supporting transmission, distribution, substation, or renewable energy projects Familiarity with project controls, forecasting, earned value, and cost reporting Experience managing multiple concurrent project schedules Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
