Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate parent support groups, creating a safe and therapeutic environment for participants to share experiences and enhance their skills in supporting their children’s mental health.

• Deliver training sessions for parents of children with diverse mental health needs, including those facing complex parenting challenges, particularly in cases of prenatal substance exposure.

• Conduct thorough developmental evaluations of children, using standardized tools and assessments to identify areas of strength and need.

• Provide temperament counseling to help parents understand and manage their children's behavior, fostering better parent-child relationships.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services rendered, complying with program policies and regulatory standards, while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to create individualized treatment plans that address both mental health and addiction recovery needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population consists of adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, and their families. Your role will encompass working with individuals who are often in vulnerable situations, requiring compassion, understanding, and culturally sensitive support. Qualifications\n
