Sales Director

Position Overview The B2B Director will lead ADATA Miami’s Industrial Applications and commercial business across Latin America, focusing on revenue growth, strategic account development, and team leadership. This role drives sales performance, builds, and manages a high‑performing team. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, leadership capability, and hands‑on business development experience within Industrial / Embedded / Enterprise markets. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Industrial‑grade Flash and DRAM solutions. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual targets. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across system integrators, OEMs, and distributors. Establish and maintain executive‑level relationships with key strategic accounts. Lead complex sales cycles, including pricing, contract negotiation, and closing. Identify new market opportunities and expand ADATA’s presence in Industrial / Embedded / Enterprise sectors. Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and product feedback to internal teams. Team Management & Organizational Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the IA sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations. Build and scale the team as the business grows, including hiring and talent development. Monitor team performance through KPIs, pipeline reviews, and forecasting. Foster a results‑driven, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Align team execution with overall company strategy and objectives. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with product management, engineering, and operations teams to align on customer needs. Support go‑to‑market strategies and product positioning for industrial applications. Ensure effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. 6–10+ years of experience in sales/business development within IT hardware or industrial applications. 3+ years of leadership or team management experience. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales channels. Strong experience working with SSD, memory modules, or related components preferred. Established network with SI, OEMs, distributors, and key industry players. Deep understanding of Industrial / Embedded / Enterprise markets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
