Site Supervisor

S&K Aerospace is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead contractor personnel supporting organizational-level P-8A aircraft maintenance at NAS Jacksonville, FL. The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary on-site company representative and will be responsible for personnel management, contract performance, customer coordination, safety, quality, and reporting.

Below is a brief overview of the variety of work assigned to this role.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of assigned personnel
• Ensure contract performance requirements are met in accordance with applicable governing instructions and technical data
• Coordinate production priorities with the Government Maintenance Control or designated representative
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, Tool Control, FOD prevention, and environmental programs
• Monitor workforce attendance, conduct, and performance
• Review and approve employee timekeeping records
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide performance counseling when required
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of personnel
• Address and elevate employee relations matters in accordance with company policy and applicable CBAs
• Prepare required reports, correspondence, and deliverables
• Maintain professional communications with Government leadership and company management

Minimum Qualifications - Minimum of ten (10) years of aircraft maintenance experienceMinimum of five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience in military, government, or contractor aircraft maintenance operationsExperience coordinating flightline, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, aircraft documentation, and production requirementsMust be a U.S. citizenMust possess and maintain a current Secret security clearanceMust be willing to travel when requiredMust have a valid state driver's license when required by job assignmentMust be able to obtain and maintain a flightline driver's license if required

Preferred Qualifications - Associate degree in Aircraft Systems Maintenance Technology or related disciplineExperience managing Contractor Field Team (CFT) or DoW aircraft maintenance contractsNAMP, NALCOMIS, OOMA experienceExperience managing workforce staffing, recruiting, scheduling, and performance in a military of Government-contractor environment
