To learn more about us visit and view our recruiting video at Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:00AM - 3:30PM Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hour LMA - leads, manages and holds accountable all direct reports Monitors efficiency and productivity to ensure expectations are met or exceeded Provides training on equipment Provides hands-on trouble shooting assistance Communicates the daily schedule to the production team Conducts regular coaching (formal and JIT) Meets or exceeds department KPI’s Facilitates continuous improvement processes to create efficiency and reduce costs Effectively utilizes MRP software for planning and scheduling Sets up jobs in accordance with departmental needs to ensure maximum efficiency and quality Limits job write offs with regards to material and equipment usage Ensures that all materials are available and ready for fabrication at the machine location Performs first-piece inspection for all new fabrication runs, when necessary Ensures that dies are maintained and stored properly; moves dies between equipment and die racks Ensures that preventative maintenance is current and performs maintenance functions as necessary Involvement throughout the shop as a resource for others, providing guidance and direction Enforces safety policies and practices to ensure culture of health and safety; identifies safety hazards and works with management team on corrective actions Requirements Associates degree (AA) in a technical discipline and 1-2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software and Microsoft office programs Ability to read and interpret blueprints, use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools Mechanical/technical aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; able to multi-task Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Physical Requirements: Continual use of hands; constant standing, walking, reaching, bending and lifting Clear close vision and ability to identify and distinguish color variations #J-18808-Ljbffr Army National Guard
