The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are seeking a highly creative Producer/Editor (short-form) to join our in-house production team. This role is responsible for creating compelling video content that engages fans, amplifies the Buccaneers brand, and supports digital, social, and marketing initiatives. This position develops elevated short-form content of the Buccaneers on-field performance and culture, with a strong storytelling sense and the ability to move between game-day hype, cinematic pieces, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Buccaneers
