Our team is responsible for packaging dairy cultures at the WEA site and shipping finished goods to New Berlin. The team is supportive, results-focused, and works closely together to meet operational goals while contributing to Novonesis’ broader mission.The Role & Your ImpactAs a Packaging Supervisor, you will lead and manage 2nd shift production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all activities. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading and managing shift production operations to meet performance targetsBuilding, coaching, and developing a high-performing teamDriving safety, quality standards, and regulatory complianceDelivering continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing operationsProviding operational support and coordinating across functions within WEAThis role has a local operational focus and works closely with site leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.What You’ll Need to Be SuccessfulTo succeed in this role, you should bring:A Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field1–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levelsProven leadership, collaboration, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settingsWorking knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, 5S)Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsFluency in English (read, write, and speak)Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environmentAdditional Skills & Interests We ValueWhile not required, the following are considered an advantage:Experience working in food production or regulated manufacturing environmentsExposure to packaging operations or supply chain processesA continuous improvement mindset with a passion for optimizationWhat We OfferAt Novonesis, we provide an environment where you can grow both personally and professionally.
