We are seeking a knowledgeable and professional Tariff & Tax Consultant to support a high-priority project focused on tariff review, tax-related processes, and backlog reduction.

Key Responsibilities for the Tariff & Tax Consultant

• Review and analyze tariff and tax-related transactions and documentation
• Work directly with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives and special projects
• Process and update tariff-related information within company systems
• Help reduce and eliminate existing backlogs through timely review and processing
• Utilize SAP and Excel to track, analyze, and maintain accurate records
• Research discrepancies and provide recommendations for resolution
• Support reporting and documentation associated with tariff and taxation activities

Qualifications for the Tariff & Tax Consultant

Required:

• Experience working with tariffs and taxation
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
• Professional communication skills and executive presence
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Preferred:

• SAP experience
• Experience working directly with senior leadership teams
• Background in manufacturing, importing/exporting, or complex tax environments
