Housing Rehab Project Manager — Lead from Site to Closeout

Self-Help Enterprises is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to oversee housing rehabilitation and reconstruction projects in the Northern San Joaquin Valley. You will lead inspections, budget development, bid solicitation, and contractor coordination, while maintaining documentation and reporting.
