Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)
Our client, a growing plaintiff firm in Beverly Hills, is seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Employment Litigation Attorney to join their team. This position is ideal for an attorney with experience handling single-plaintiff employment matters who is looking to further develop their litigation practice in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle discovery, depositions, motions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
- Work closely with clients and legal staff to develop case strategy.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 6 years of employment litigation experience preferred.
- Experience representing plaintiffs in single-plaintiff employment cases required.
- Class action experience is not required .
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- California Bar admission in good standing.
Position Details:
- On-site position with potential hybrid flexibility.
- Trial experience is not required.
- Competitive compensation, with base salary up to $200,000DOE.
