Operations Specialist (5777)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a OperationsSpecialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Onsite, Contract position. SALARY: $21-$25/hour (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma Experience conducting data entry into company systems, reviewing, and verifying information for accuracy Experience using standard office software for formatting documents, maintaining files, and records Strong analytical skills for process review and improvement Knowledge of Salesforce software RESPONSIBILITIES: Enter data accurately into company systems and review for correctness and accessibility Follow established procedures to complete operational tasks Adjust basic system settings to meet performance standards Format letters, memoranda, and reports using standard office software Maintain files and records in an organized manner Interact courteously with internal clients to ensure a positive experience Ensure compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries Support data management tasks to assist team efficiency Follow mandatory procedures to uphold quality and regulatory standards Develop and maintain procedural or technical skills through various training efforts NEXTPATH WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS: NextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
