Account Manager III

Job Title

Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations

Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings

Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate sales reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

3+ years of experience in B2B environment

Proven experience in Sales

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered by JBT is a plus

Work Environment

Office and Manufacturing environment

Walking, sitting, standing, bending, driving, reading, seeing, hearing, speaking, concentrating, and communicating

Require frequent travel to Customer sites

Must be flexible in a fast-paced work environment where priorities are constantly changing
