Location New York / Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA Job Description 12+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3–5 years in Guidewire implementations. Strong functional expertise in Guidewire modules: PolicyCenter – UW, Rating, Product Model, Policy Transactions BillingCenter – Billing Plans, Payments, Invoicing, Delinquency ClaimCenter – FNOL, Coverage Validation, Reserves, Payments, Recovery Solid understanding of P&C insurance across underwriting, policy, billing, and claims. Hands‑on experience creating user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments. Proven ability to lead functional teams and collaborate with architects, developers, and QA. Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and other Agile tools. Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $115,000 – $125,000/Annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
