The Spectrum Marketing Companies are looking to add a high-energy Project Coordinator to our growing Large Format and Signs division, Spectrum Signs & Graphics. The position would be aimed at the support of our outside sales representatives and the coordination of projects of various sizes and complexity through the specification, design, production and installation process. Spectrum’s environment is fast paced and requires the ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks and priorities.

What You’ll Do:

•             Support sales and clients with quotes, gather all elements to produce jobs, produce job tickets from company software programs, place jobs into production

•             Work with sales and clients for approvals to meet customer deadlines

•             Act as liaison among the customer, sales, graphics and manufacturing areas through the completion of work to ensure deadlines are met; submit all paperwork for invoicing

•             Utilize software to know status of jobs in production; be fully prepared for production meetings

•             Hold kick-off meetings with department management and other departments on larger projects

•             Assist other departments when necessary to meet customer deadlines

•             Review jobs throughout the production process in the production area periodically

•             Other duties as may be assigned

Our Ideal Candidate:

•             3+ years of large format printing or project coordination experience required

•             Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM

•             Self-motivated and detail oriented

•             Excellent organizational, follow-up and communication skills; verbal and written

•             Positive attitude and good phone etiquette

•             Self-starter requiring little day-to-day direction

•             Work in a fast-paced environment with a team and/or independently, ability to multi-task

•             Attention to detail and ability to problem solve

•             Comply with all company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements:

•             Sitting, standing or walking for at least 8 hours/day;

•             Occasional walking up and down stairs to visit key departments for coordination;

•             Significant periods of screen time;

•             Fine motor skills sufficient for keyboarding, manipulation of artwork and documentation;

•             Ability to distinguish colors and shades

•             Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds (marketing materials, products, collateral)
