About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead the development and management of its operational infrastructure. This executive will be instrumental in the establishment of the trust company, working closely with the executive team to define and implement the operational strategy and long-term vision. The COO will be responsible for building the necessary framework, policies, procedures, and technology to support a scalable trust platform, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities for the COO include leading the operational build-out, providing oversight of trust administration and operational processes, and establishing robust internal controls. The successful candidate will also be tasked with developing a comprehensive operational risk management framework and will be expected to partner with compliance and legal resources to prepare for regulatory examinations and audits.
