La Chelé Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, highly organized  Hormone & Medical Weight Loss Patient Coordinator  to join our growing wellness team.

This is an ideal position for a polished, dependable professional who enjoys developing relationships with patients, is exceptionally organized, and is comfortable managing the many details involved in ongoing medical care.

The right candidate will have prior experience in a medical or patient care environment and must be highly comfortable with computers, electronic medical records, laboratory results, patient communication, scheduling, and detailed follow through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients participating in our hormone and medical weight loss programs

• Communicate regularly with patients regarding appointments, laboratory testing, medication related logistics, follow up care, and program requirements

• Coordinate laboratory orders and ensure results are received, appropriately documented, and available for provider review

• Maintain accurate and organized patient information within our EMR system

• Track patients throughout their treatment programs to ensure required labs, visits, and follow ups are completed

• Assist providers with the administrative and clinical coordination necessary to deliver an exceptional patient experience

• Respond professionally and compassionately to patient questions by phone, text, and electronic communication

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow up visits

• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure outstanding items are followed through to completion

• Work closely with our medical providers and wellness team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, wellness, or patient care setting strongly preferred

• Experience working with laboratory testing and EMR systems strongly preferred

• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional, warm, patient, and confident communicating with patients

• Ability to manage multiple patients, tasks, and priorities simultaneously

• Dependable and consistent with excellent follow through

• Comfortable working independently while also functioning as part of a medical team

• Experience in hormone therapy, medical weight management, primary care, endocrinology, women's health, or a similar medical setting is a plus
