Conduct thorough evaluations of patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics through standardized assessments and hands-on observation.

Create tailored treatment strategies that target immediate goals while supporting long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.

Deliver specialized speech therapy interventions aimed at enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Team up with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to devise cohesive care plans.

Educate patients and their families, empowering them to continue progress outside of sessions.

Provide occasional inpatient speech therapy services, ensuring seamless continuity in each patient's journey.

Maintain meticulous documentation that aligns with relevant state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay informed about advancements within your field via continuing education and collaboration with peers.

Possession of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification should be acquired within 30 days of hire.

Adept in evidence-based practices for all age groups, with a robust understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to modify therapy methods to fit various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving competencies.

Proficient in using electronic medical records and maintaining documentation standards.
