Title: Nursing - Patient Care

Schedule: Nights 12 hours

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:
- Active nursing license
- Experience in patient care and coordinated nursing practices

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, employing critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies.
