Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while using critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes; document accurately in the medical record.
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition; escalate concerns to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other professionals to plan and coordinate care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state-specific licensure required for practice)
- Telemetry nursing experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in a travel assignment
- Availability to begin on 08/17/2026 and commit to an 8-week assignment
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care
