TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:45 - 19:15) Experience: 2 years minimum, traveler experience accepted License: NC or Compact license pending acceptable for submission Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS, PALS, MOAB Must-Have: - IV Start - Triage - Telemetry - Minimum of 2 years experience required Description: RTO after booking is not allowed. RTO cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit may lead to a cancellation and DNR. No block scheduling is permitted. The unit will only accept contracts of 13 weeks or more. 36-48 hours can be offered. Floating is required between the Emergency Observation Unit and Emergency Behavioral Health, based on need. A minimum of 4 weekend days per 6-week time track is required. Patient ratios are 1:3-5 with approximately 250 visits per day and 101 beds. The patient population is diverse, serving all ages. Unit safety protocols, equipment, and collaboration among interdisciplinary support services are in place. Strong teamwork and adherence to behavioral expectations in all interactions are essential. Candidates must be flexible in floating within or near the facility as per job requirements. The expectation to work 2 of 3 major holidays is mandatory.
