Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their mental health goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions focused on solution-oriented methodologies to support clients in overcoming challenges and improving their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations as well as safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including other social workers, counselors, and medical professionals, to provide holistic care tailored to individual client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment processes, and available resources, promoting self-advocacy and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this position includes individuals undergoing detoxification who require empathetic support and therapeutic intervention to navigate their recovery journey. Our clients present a range of mental health issues, often influenced by substance use, trauma, or critical life transitions. As an LCSW, you will utilize your skills to empower these clients to triumph over obstacles and achieve sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy, preferably in a detox or inpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
