Business Development Manager

$150K–$175K+ OTE | Company Vehicle | Uncapped Earnings | Build a Territory from Scratch

An established, family-owned restoration and property services company is hiring its first dedicated Outside Sales / Business Development Manager to drive growth across Central Texas.

This is a true hunter role focused on building referral relationships and generating new business opportunities with plumbers, insurance professionals, property managers, apartment operators, contractors, and other local partners who influence restoration and property damage projects.

Territory

• Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Belton, Temple, Killeen, and surrounding areas

• Future expansion into Waco and Dallas

• Remote, field-based position within Texas

What You'll Do:

• Develop new referral partnerships and business opportunities

• Prospect, cold call, and conduct in-person visits throughout your territory

• Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents/adjusters, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, and multifamily operators

• Create and manage your own pipeline and territory strategy

• Become the preferred restoration partner when water, fire, mold, storm, or property damage events occur

• Provide regular updates on activity, opportunities, and market feedback

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years within home services, construction, restoration, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, property services, or related industries

• Proven new business development and field sales experience

• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

• Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement

• Comfortable building a territory from the ground up

Preferred Background:

• Restoration or mitigation industry experience

• Existing relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, contractors, apartment groups, or real estate professionals

• Experience creating referral-based sales channels
