Patient Intake Coordinator

Job Description

Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-renowned healthcare organization for a contract Patient Intake Coordinator rolebased in Fishers, IN! Responsibilities

Float between all floors of the hospital to register inpatient patients.
Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.

Requirements

Previous medical insurance experience required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!

Work Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (40 hrs/wk) Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
