VNA Health Group is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to act as a subject matter expert in employee benefits administration. You will support the Benefits Manager across health, welfare, and retirement programs, processing enrollments, terminations, and inquiries while guiding employees through benefits and retirement questions. You will also ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA, and lead key components of the annual Open Enrollment. #J-18808-Ljbffr VNA Health
