Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and empathetic individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic objectives.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to facilitate discussions and coping strategies that empower clients in their healing processes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic care that addresses all facets of a client’s mental health.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities, contributing insights during team meetings to enhance the overall efficacy of practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
