Vice President Operations

Seal Beach, CA (Travel to Hawaii and U.S. locations) Pasha Hawaii Holdings is seeking an experienced maritime executive to lead the strategic direction and operational performance of our container and roll-on/roll-off (Ro/Ro) business across the Mainland–Hawaii trade. This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, and people leadership. What You'll Do As Vice President, Liner Operations, you will: Develop and execute long-term operational strategy for our liner business. Improve network reliability, asset utilization, and operational performance. Lead vessel, terminal, equipment, and rolling stock operations. Partner with Sales, Finance, Marine, Network Planning, and terminal leaders to optimize customer service and profitability. Guide capital planning, fleet and equipment strategy, and major operational investments. Drive safety, regulatory compliance, labor relations, and operational governance. Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For We're looking for an executive who brings: 12+ years of container shipping or maritime operations experience. Senior leadership experience managing complex operations and large budgets. Strong knowledge of container shipping, Ro/Ro operations, terminal operations, and maritime logistics. Experience with ILWU labor agreements and port operations. A strategic mindset supported by strong financial and operational acumen. A proven ability to lead organizational change, develop leaders, and deliver measurable business results. Why Pasha?
