Work Environment

This position is onsite, primarily in patients' homes, which requires you to be mobile and adaptable. Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care in accordance with the physician's prescriptions, tailoring each approach to meet the individual needs and circumstances of the patient.
• Utilize comprehensive evaluation techniques to assess patient conditions effectively and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design and implement personalized treatment programs aimed at achieving established goals, focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient tolerance and response throughout treatments, demonstrating the ability to adapt programs as necessary based on observations.
• Engage in emergency procedures and follow established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients during care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
