Plumber Mechanic

Join a leading mechanical contractor working on high-profile commercial projects across Manhattan. This hands-on leadership role oversees a small crew while installing and coordinating complex plumbing and piping systems.

• Install waste, water, steam, gas, sewer, drain, and main line piping.
• Work with cast iron, no-hub, and copper piping systems.
• Install pumps, valves, fittings, fixtures, risers, and branch lines.
• Perform brazing and soldering as needed.

• 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong experience with cast iron, no-hub, copper, gas, and water systems.
• Skilled in reading plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Proficient in brazing and soldering.
• OSHA 30, SST 10, Plumbing SST, F60, and G60 certifications required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
