Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through telehealth sessions and provide tailored behavioral health services to individuals and groups.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment notes within our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Deliver services in a culturally competent manner, fostering trust and understanding among clients from various backgrounds.

• Form and sustain collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals and support staff, working cohesively to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Create detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to clearly document client progress and changes in treatment within specified timelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies when necessary, providing immediate support and connecting clients with additional resources or assistance.

• Stay current with the latest trends and research in mental health practices to enhance the effectiveness of care provided and to contribute to organizational learning.

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
