Key Responsibilities\n

• Function as an Independent Contractor, managing your own practice while receiving support from Twin Tower Counseling Center.

• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients' needs, ensuring that treatment strategies are personalized and effective.
\n
• Facilitate counseling and psychotherapy sessions for adult and elderly clients, creating a safe space for open conversation and emotional healing.
\n
• Research and refer clients to additional resources and community services, enhancing their treatment plans and fostering self-sufficiency.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in medical records software.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is seniors and adults who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to engage effectively with this population will be critical in fostering trust and encouraging participation in therapeutic processes. You will help clients navigate difficult life transitions, providing them with coping strategies and emotional support through compassionate counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Strong proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, telehealth platforms, and electronic health record systems.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.

• Proficient in self-directed work, demonstrating the capability to manage your own schedule and client load.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a flexible 40-hour work schedule, our benefits package includes:
