Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience as a Human Resource Manager or related occupation will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience.

Job Description

Control Space Tech LLC seeks a Human Resource Manager to develop and implement comprehensive human resource strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives and operational plans. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, HR policy development, compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, HR analytics, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, employee training, and organizational development initiatives. The position will oversee enterprise Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), recruitment strategy, workforce reporting, HR operational processes, internal controls, and digital HR technologies to improve HR service delivery and organizational effectiveness. Partial telecommuting permitted.
